CREDENTIALING – In addition to claims processing and payment, Presbyterian is also transitioning to Magellan the credentialing and recredentialing of behavioral health providers contracted with Presbyterian. Please respond promptly to any credentialing requests from Magellan or Presbyterian to ensure timely completion of the credentialing process and to avoid payment delays.
